Parking Lot/Construction

What i want to know is why couldnt they wait to do all this work in one more month and do it over the summer, instead of right now. Also why are they tearing up all of seal hall, and making me park really far away from my dorm in a parking lot thats to small to be called a parking lot. thats all im better

    I would comment on that but you told not and i dont ever use that parking lot anyway.
